SirArcher's Citadel and Village
Ilragorn Region
SirArcher in the Upper Tundra, or as the region is now known Ilragorn. The village along the coast is the village of Grimsby, and the mountain range is the Icecrown Mountains. Finally, the castle in the mountains is the Icecrown Citadel.
The snowy landscape is very hostile during the day. With only strays spawning. Even the water is full of drowned, especially during the day, when the mob cap has nowhere else to put monsters. The small collections of homes are lit up to keep the undead away, and the dock is raised so no drowned climb up.
The ever expanding roads snake their way throughout the cabins, there is a small fire pit and spit to cook some meat if any can be found. But one of the rustic homes sits atop a staircase down to a dungeon of villagers. The outskirts of the town are home to a couple small icebergs that have washed ashore.
The Citadel is the largest and most time intensive build on Mayancraft. Built by SirArcher, the fortified walls offer sanctuary to him, his fox, any new players, or a quick place to sleep for veteran players.
Complete with 16 spacious rooms and 7 cloud touching spires the citadel is a landmark of the Ilragorn region.
Great Hall
The great hall of the citadel is a large room that allows access to many other rooms. It is the junction between the library, stairs that lead up to the portal and throne room level, and SirArcher's chest room. This room is also prepared to host feasts, with enough chairs for every member of the realm, each with a name of a player on it.
Library
The Citadel Library has every piece of literature that has been written. This is also the location of the Mayancraft Archive. The archive includes every important document that has been written and is no longer in use. Once a rule book, or another document is no longer needed, SirArcher will procure it and archive it. The archive and library is public, and we ask you to donate original documents to be archived for future players.
Throne Room
The most grand room of the citadel is the throne room on the second floor. The icy throne sits at the end of a hall of banners below a diamond chandelier. While SirArcher only sits on the throne for show and to greet guests, his fox Boop Boi hangs out in this room all day.
Guest Rooms
The two guest rooms overlook the village below. These rooms are found on either side of the castle and have a portal in between the two for easy access for new players. The guest rooms are built as areas for new players to live until they can find a place to live, or for a place for players to quickly sleep to pass the night when in the area.
The Roof
This area leads to many of the extra rooms of the citadel. There is a large building at the back of the citadel that has empty space for future needs. The roof is also the location of the guest room portal. Each guest room has a bridge that leads to the center of the roof so they can access it. The best view in the Ilragorn region can be seen when standing atop this area of the citadel.
Boop Boi
The two residents of the citadel are SirArcher and his pet fox named Boop Boi. Boop Boi resides inside the throne room of the citadel and enjoys being fed steak and golden apples by SirArcher and citadel visitors.
