A Minecraft Realm
This is a vanilla survival server, we have a fairly small community that we will expand over time. We will change worlds once the majority of players are ready with plenty of warning beforehand. Everyone is allowed to do whatever they want as long as it isn't breaking any rules, and the rules are all common sense like "Don't grief".
The shopping district is a space where you can buy land with 3 diamonds for 100 square blocks, or 10x10. The diamonds collected go to people who die and lose lots of gear that needs to be replaced. So it is similar to insurance.
While we respect other server communities such as Hermitcraft, we must make it clear that we are not copying or recreating them in any way.
Rules
All of these rules have exceptions, accidents happen, and some have a time or place. Keep everything in good fun.
-Griefing is Prohibited, this includes, killing animals that another player owns (named or otherwise), destroying things via tnt, fire, etc. Severity of this may vary.

-Theft, such as stealing diamonds, or other items. Severity of this may vary.

-Killing, accidents happen almost every day, repeated killing when the person who is dying doesn't want to die is prohibited. If the person who was accidentally killed it is the job of the killer to refund any lost items that fall into lava, cactus, break when hit, or despawn.

-Not paying for shopping district land, you may forget, but refusal to pay for shop land is against the rules.

-When building shops off of shop land you must still pay for the land it sits on. Everyone is encouraged to build on the mushroom island but there is sometimes a reason to build a shop somewhere where people come through often and need items at that spot.
Ban Policy
Ban strikes are given out to people who break the rules. 3 ban strikes means you are either permanently banned or banned for the rest of the current season. Due to the severity of how bad a person breaks the rules, they could receive a single strike, 2 strikes, a temporary one week ban, or even a season or permanent ban.

It is essentially pointless to break rules such as griefing, SirArcher can just load a backup. But the person who broke the rule will still receive strikes or bans. Along with this, admitting to breaking the rules can be less severe punishments and sometimes even getting off almost free if it was a very minor offense.

Just remember, this is not an anarchy server, this is made for everyone to have fun. If someone gets in the way of that and ruins it for everyone, they will be removed.
